Porsche news update – the new Cayenne range

26/10/2017

In the latest edition of Porsche news update, we are delighted to showcase the new Cayenne range, comprising the Cayenne, Cayenne S and Cayenne Turbo. Now in its third iteration, the Cayenne has always been the true sportscar in the SUV segment. The new Cayenne draws heavily for its design inspiration and technology from the other sports cars in the Porsche family – adding a wealth of intelligent connected technology and advanced driving systems. The Cayenne models are available to order now, with first deliveries in the UK and Ireland from April 2018.

In this edition, we also explore the new 718 GTS models. With increased performance and a sharpened design, they will inspire you to explore the open road. Both the 718 Boxster GTS and 718 Cayman GTS boast a high-powered 2.5-litre turbocharged and horizontally opposed four-cylinder engine delivering a mighty 365 hp.

Also new, the 911 Carrera T, unveiled earlier this week, draws inspiration from the original 911 T of 1968 – providing a stripped-back, thrilling driving experience. The charm of the 911 Carrera T is its simplicity, designed to deliver lightweight construction and optimal driving enjoyment.

Meanwhile on the racetrack, after 15 closely fought rounds, Porsche GB 2016/2017 Junior Scholar, Charlie Eastwood, won this year’s Porsche Carrera Cup GB Championship title, in a spectacular showdown in the final race of the season at Brands Hatch.
