Taking into consideration the most recent communication from our government on COVID-19, and to ensure the well-being of all our staff and customers, our Porsche Centre is reducing its operations from Thursday 5 November, but will continue to offer most of our usual services.
Service and Parts Departments are open for business
Our workshop services are open and we are taking appointments for all routine servicing, MOT and repairs. We have introduced a number of new measures to ensure our workshops stay open safely: contactless handover, thorough vehicle cleaning processes, personal and vehicle protective equipment, timed-appointments and revised layouts to ensure we guarantee effective social distancing. New and Porsche Approved Pre-Owned vehicle sales
Due to government guidelines our showroom will be closed for sales visits from 5 November. However, we are still operating a digital service which will allow you to speak to our sales team directly, request a video of the Porsche of your choice and organise finance. You will be able to make arrangements to collect your new Porsche or have it delivered to your home address. When we fully reopen, we will invite you for a Masterclass to help you understand every aspect of your Porsche.
Please contact us on 0191 295 1234 or info@porschenewcastle.co.uk to discuss any aspect of Porsche ownership.

*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
